Terms of use: Website Templates

Please read this Website Template License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before purchasing or using any website template, digital product, or related resource provided by La Luna Collective ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any La Luna Collective template or digital product, you ("Purchaser," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant
Upon purchase, La Luna Collective grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased website template solely in accordance with this Agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, each purchase includes a Single Use License.
A Single Use License permits use of the template for:
• One (1) personal or business website owned by you; or
• One (1) website created for a single client project.
An additional license must be purchased for each additional website or client project.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All website templates, designs, graphics, layouts, copy, educational materials, tutorials, videos, and related assets remain the sole intellectual property of La Luna Collective.Your purchase grants you a license to use the template; it does not transfer ownership of the design, underlying code, or intellectual property.

You may customize the template to align with your brand, including:
• Colors
• Fonts
• Photography
• Graphics
• Copy
• Page content

3.Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Share, distribute, sublicense, gift, lease, or transfer the template or Share Key to any third party.
• Resell, reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute the template in whole or in part.
• Use the template for multiple websites without purchasing additional licenses.
• Claim the original template design as your own work.
• Copy, recreate, or use portions of the template to create competing website templates, digital products, or derivative products for resale.
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary notices included within the template.
• Use the template in any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading manner.

4. Showit Share Key
Website templates are delivered via a Showit Share Key(digital download via Shared Google Dive). 
The Share Key is licensed exclusively to the original purchaser and may not be shared, sold, transferred, published, or distributed.
Unauthorized sharing of a Share Key constitutes copyright infringement and may result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

5. Digital Product Delivery
All digital products are delivered electronically. Access instructions and template installation information will be delivered via link to Google Dive folder. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate email address at checkout.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of website templates and digital products, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and consent to immediate delivery and waive any cancellation rights permitted under applicable law.

7. Support
Template purchases do not include custom design services, copywriting, branding, SEO implementation, or website setup unless expressly stated.
La Luna Collective may provide setup guides, tutorials, and limited email support at its sole discretion.We do not guarantee compatibility with future versions of Showit or third-party integrations.

8. No Guarantees
While our templates are intentionally designed to create an elevated and strategic online presence, La Luna Collective makes no guarantees regarding:
• Website traffic
• Search engine rankings
• Client inquiries
• Sales conversions
• Business growth
• Revenue or financial results
Your success depends upon many factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

La Luna Collective shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our templates, digital products, or related materials. Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this license immediately if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use of the template and destroy any unauthorized copies.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the purchase and use of La Luna Collective website templates and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
